Raising the Bar: Advances in Adjuvant Endocrine Therapy

• Describe the different treatment schema incorporating aromatase inhibitors into the adjuvant therapy of postmenopausal women with early stage breast cancer

• Describe the clinical implications and importance of delaying the time to progression of metastatic disease

• Describe the various clinical outcomes that have been reported from large, randomized adjuvant trials that have evaluated aromatase inhibitors either alone or in sequence with tamoxifen
